Cancellation Policy
24 hours to reschedule - day of cancellations must rebook - deposit will be kept for cancellations. If Yatziri cancels - deposit will be sent back or if the client allows it will be applied to the next appointment. Rescheduling must be booked within the same month of the appointment. All appointments must be confirmed within 24 hours otherwise they are subject to cancellation. No extra guests or children, no exceptions. Multiple cancellations will result in not being able to rebook.
